In QuickBooks Online Payroll, there's no need to enter the EFTPS PIN, chamman13.

I'm happy to inform you that all you have to do is to activate your Electronic Service. Then, you'll be able to e-pay and e-file your tax liabilities and forms within the system.

Here's how to activate it:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. Under Taxes, click on E-file and E-pay.
  4. In the E-pay and E-file Setup page, choose E-pay and e-file (recommended) and click on Next.
  5. Set up your bank account then continue until you've reach the E-sign the authorization forms section.

After that, it will take about 2 banking days to confirm the test deposit

Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
