This has been reported as an ongoing issue with an investigation number INV-39511. Our engineers are currently working to determine the problem and fix it as well. As a workaround, you can suggest to our live agent for a correction for that affected paychecks.
And also, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. We need to ask for your contact information and add you to the list of affected users. After that, you'll receive email updates about the investigation's status and its fix.
Let me guide you on how.
Thanks for your patience and understanding. Let me know if you need anything else. We're always here to answer your question and help you sort it out.
I believe I am already associated with said investigation. This is more of a problem because it has gone unfixed for over a week.
Problem is still occurring but now instead of 0.10 it is adding an extra cent (0.01) unless it is 18 hours. My guess are there are other intervals that don't have the issue as well but 16 hours and most other hours including 0.01 of an hour still add an extra cent.
Thank you for sharing your additional observation about this issue, billing38.
Sharing this information to our engineers can help their investigation. You can do this by reaching out to our Customer Care Team. Please refer to the steps provided by Michelle_b.
While we don't have a workaround, I'll make sure to keep an eye on this issue, and we'll let you know once there are any updates.
Feel free to get back to us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
