How can I create a report that only shows business mileage, leaving out personal mileage?

Hello there, @sarahcharlene. I've got your back, and I'll ensure you can proceed to run a report specifically for your business mileage in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

To get through this, you can download the Mileage log in your QBSE company, and the file will then be downloaded as an Excel file. From there, you can manually delete your non-business-related travels from the data. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the Reports section, click the dropdown arrow button beside the View.
  4. Select Download.

Additionally, here's an article to learn more about the auto-track mileage feature in QBSE: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can also check this page about how to get the quarterly and annual tax info in QBSE: Get quarterly and annual tax info from QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Should you need further assistance managing your mileage report in QuickBooks? Or need help performing specific tasks in QuickBooks Self-Employed? Our door is open 24/7, @sarahcharlenen. Feel free to post here in the Community space anytime. I'll be more than happy to help you again. Take care!
