How can I finish up setting up team?

Hi @LWRpreschool1. To bypass the Finish up, it's essential to ensure that you've provided all the necessary information for each of your employees.

Before we proceed, could you clarify where in QuickBooks you encountered the Finish up caption? This will help us provide you with the right solution for your concern. Also, screenshots would be very useful for us to visualize the issue.

If you see the Finish up caption while setting up your team in Payroll, click on it to check which employee is missing the required information.

Here’s how to do that:

1. Go to Payroll and select Overview

2. Click on Finish up, then select the employee with the INCOMPLETE caption.

3. Click on Edit for the employee's profile that has the exclamation point.

Once you’ve completed this, the exclamation point and the INCOMPLETE caption should disappear, indicating that everything is set.

Additionally, you can refer to the Enter your tax info section in this article: Get started with Online Payroll. This will guide you in adding your federal, state, and local payroll tax information.

I'll also share this content to help you with running your payroll: Create and run your payroll
