This does not fix the issue either.  Tried all of these - They DO NOT work.

How can I re-invite an employee to workfoce if they have already signed up?

This doesn't work either.  It still states the employee is invited and will NOT let you re-invite them.  It doesn't work.

Tried calling in - they couldn't help fix this error  either.  It doesn't work.  Very frustrating.

As I've used my resources, it turns out that there's an ongoing investigation, named INV-95556, regarding being unable to invite your users to your workforce. I recommend contacting our desktop support so that they can add you as one of the affected users. As they add you, you may also receive an email update regarding the status of this investigation. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?)
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue
  5. You may choose CallbackAppointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us. 
  6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First nameLast nameEmail address, and Phone number. 
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click CallbackSchedule an appointment, or Chat.

I HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE ON WORK FORCE AND CAN'T NOT GET IN WITH THEIR PASSWORDS, SAYING THAT THE COMPANIES DON'T EXIST. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Thank your for joining this thread, HWebb. I'll provide some details about why your employee is unable to sign in to the app, and if applicable, route you in the right direction of support.
 

Access issues in QuickBooks Workforce can stem from incorrect login credentials. In line with this, I recommend verifying that your employee has entered the accurate password linked to the Workforce application.


If the same issue persists, I encourage you or your employee to contact Live Workforce Representatives. They have the tools to investigate why you're experiencing this issue in a safe environment. Since your employee don't have access to the application, they can follow the steps below:
 

  1. Visit this link: Live Chat
  2. Enter your email address, name, and question.
  3. Then, click Start Chat.


To ensure you receive timely assistance, contact them from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, Mondays to Fridays (except holidays).
