Let me help check why your payroll checks are not showing. I'm here to ensure you can reconcile them.
You may have set filters on the Reconcile page that hid other items. You can remove them by clicking on the Clear filter/View all link. See the screenshot below.
If the transactions aren't still showing, let's perform basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. It can be due to outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If you can see your entries, you may have accumulated too much historical data in your browser. I'd recommend clearing its cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.
