How do I access information from 2019? Can I only see this year and last

I can help you pull up your data for 2019 in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can select the Custom Date option to select the date of the data that you wish to pull up. Just click on Transactions and choose Custom Date under the date option. From there you can select the year 2019.

If you're referring to the date on the report, you can still choose the Custom Date option.
