You can access the 2024 W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the Payroll Tax Center.
If you or we have e-filed the forms in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:
- Go to My Apps and select Payroll.
- Click Payroll taxes.
- Select the Filing tab.
- Look for the Resources and click it.
- Choose the Archived forms and filings.
- Use the Filter options to select the type of form you'd like to view, or customize the date range by entering a Start Date and End Date to locate the 2024 W-2 forms.
- Click the form name, then select View.
