- Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
- Click Run Payroll.
- If asked, select a payroll schedule.
- Change the Pay date and Pay period.
- Select your employee and then add their salary or hours worked.
- The pay method should be a Paper check.
- Preview and submit your payroll.
- Proceed to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
- Select Payments.
- Review, then select Pay next to the tax payments.
If you have already paid and filed them, the self-serve option to add this is no longer available. It's advisable to contact payroll support to make the necessary adjustments.
