Based on your screenshot, it seems like you're using QuickBooks Desktop. You'll get this error message when you're importing an account with the same name but different account types. I'd suggest changing their names, such as "Health Ins Expense" or "Health Ins Liability."
To edit the account's name in QuickBooks, follow these steps:
Additionally, you can export, import, and edit IIF files. You can use IIF files to import and export your lists and transactions to and from QuickBooks Desktop.
