How do I delete a paycheck that was not direct deposit or cashed. So far I have tried everthing that I've been advised to do and nothing has worked.

Pop up message: Contact us to delete this paycheck Some paychecks that you created after this one may need to be recalculated. Contact us to take care of this for you.

Hi there, how do a delete a work location.

 

This usually happens when you're deleting a paycheck for a salaried employee. QuickBooks would add salary in addition to the sick pay if the option weren't selected to "Skip salary this time only." The program will automatically recalculate your employee's total pay to keep everything accurate.

 

It would be best to contact our Payroll Support team to resolve this error. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you
