I'll show you the steps on how you can edit the check number on a processed paycheck.
You can edit the check number by going to the Paycheck List. Here's how:
- Go to Payroll, then click the Employees tab.
- Click the Paycheck list link.
- Choose an employee or set a Date Range to find the processed paycheck.
- Under the CHECK NUMBER column, enter the number.
- You can also click the Net pay amount, then enter or edit the number on the Check number box.

Note: You can do other major changes to the processed paycheck. This will create an automatic payroll correction and will be adjusted on your employee's next check.
