Hi there, @jamie96.
Let me point you in the right direction for assistance in getting your 941 filed from the second quarter of 2022.
QuickBooks doesn’t support late filings. Thus, you will need to file them manually outside the application. To get a copy of it, you’ll need to contact our Payroll Support Team to provide you with the form.
Here’s how you can get in touch with them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the Help button.
- In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a Human or tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
- Then, type in your reason for contacting us in the What can we help you with? Box and click Continue.
- From there, choose a way to connect with us: Chat with us, get a Callback, or call our support line directly by getting our Phone number.
Additionally, refer to this article for other options when contacting them. You can also scroll down to the bottom to see their support schedule and hours: QuickBooks Online Support.
On the other hand, you can also pull up your Payroll tax and wage summary report to compare the details from what you have in the form. Here’s how:
- Go to the Reports menu
- Locate the Payroll tax and wage summary report.
- Customize this by tapping the Customize button.
- Select the Rows/Columns and Filter you want from the report.
- Then, make sure to set the reporting period to your 2022 2nd Quarter.
- Tap the Run report.
If you have more concerns about payroll tax and filings, please don't hesitate to add a reply.
