How do I get a receipt for intuit payroll services?

It's my pleasure to guide you, where you can get your receipt for Intuit Payroll services.

1. Go to the Intuit Order Status site at the link.
2. Enter your Last Name, Phone Number, and the last 4 digits of your Card Number.
3. Click Get Status to view the receipt.
4. Fill in the Order number and your billing zip code.

 You can see up to the last 3 months of your payment history. For more information, you can check this article: Print QuickBooks Online subscription receipt.

However, if you don't want to print your receipts, you can also find them directly in QuickBooks.

1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
4. Choose the View Payment History hyperlink.
5. Filter by Event or Date Range if necessary.

I need an Intuit Payroll receipt. How do I get that?

The Intuit Order Status link provided above is where you can get and print receipts for your Intuit purchases.

If you're referring to your tax payments made through Intuit Online Payroll, we'll send an email that confirms the process. Just log in to your email associated with the account and check the reference number from there.

I went to your link but I apparently don't have an order number.  I have a subscription number and payroll service key... where can I find the order number?

Hey there @BW-4D, thanks for reaching out to the Community! I am happy to help find this today.  Once logged into your Quickbooks Online account:

1. Select Reports in the left navigation.
2. In the Find a Report By Name field, search for and select Payroll Billing Summary
3. Select the date range for which you'd like to see payments.
4. Click Run Report

Unlike the QuickBooks Online payment report,  this one does not provide a printable receipt.  It only provides a link to an html page not a pdf.  How do I get a pdf receipt, please?

I'll take care of that query for you about a printable receipt. 

The steps provided by my peer @JoesemM is the exclusive option for printing your receipts. The PDF option for printing is unavailable at this time. I can see how this feature can become an awesome addition to QuickBooks Online (QBO). With that said, we'll take note of this. 

I suggest you keep an eye on this page: The QuickBooks Blog. It's a list of new features deployed for QBO each month. For December 2020, our product developers have added a Cleanup feature in QuickBooks Live.
