Hello!
I've been on chat w/ support now for almost 2 hours and they aren't able to tell me what our DD limit is. She is saying that I need to be the master admin on our Payroll. I am the master admin for everything. She is saying that a Payroll Master Admin is different but isn't able to tell me where I can see who that master admin is for our Payroll. This is getting to be a bit ridiculous. I need someone who actually knows what they are talking about. EXTREMELY disappointed in this whole experience.
Anyone out there know how I can actually find out what our DD limit is WITHOUT contacting support?
This isn't the kind of experience and service we want you to feel, BethatVIVO.

It is absolutely unacceptable that QB sets limits. Our banks are responsible for funding, so why am I forced to waste time with QB support to increase my limits. I've been through this twice, and seems that as my business grows QB is punishing me by making me jump through these unnecessary hoops. This is very painful!
The instructions that refer to "go to the gear" is for QB online only. I really wish people that try to help note this. Now on the same question but for QBs desktop-as of 2022 do we still have to call - sit on hold-go through 30 minutes of yaya just to get our limit for Payroll and vendor direct dpts? Please only people that really know this answer reply. My time is short.
Thanks-KB

its been weeks i am trying to contact support with this issue . our company approved for DD limit increase BUT
it become a non instant but 10 days to deliver funds to contractors, this is not what we need, i want to reverse the approval and cancel limit increase to use a DD as instant deposit / quick again, even if its limited in amounts
WHERE I CAN REVERSE OR CANCEL THAT LIMIT INCREASE AND RETURN TO ORIGINAL DD OPTION/??
its very frustrating because all articles show how to request increase but not how to reverse it???

Thank you for joining the thread, IvaO. I understand that timely access to funds is very important.
The period of time it takes for money to be deposited into your account depends on the product and payment method you use. Standard payments are processed on all days except Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. On the other hand, instant deposits are handled daily throughout the entire year without any exceptions.
Please remember that if this is your first time using Merchant Service, there will be a slight delay (approximately five business days). Rest assured that once we set up your account, subsequent transactions will be deposited much more quickly.
However, if you wish to reverse or cancel your limit increase and return to the original option, you'll need to contact our customer support team again. They have the tools to pull up your account and help you reverse or cancel your increase limits.
Here's how:
