How do I permanently delete this intuit account that my client forced me to create just to get my 1099?

I'm here to provide you the steps in canceling your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription. 

 

Once you cancel your subscription, you'll still have view-only/read-only access to your data for one year. After that, the system will permanently delete all your records. You can follow the steps below to cancel your account:

 

If you're using the free trial:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Cancel Trial.

For paid subscription:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select Cancel now, then enter your feedback when prompted.
  4. Click Cancel subscription.
