How do I print my W-2s

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I'm happy to lend a helping hand with printing your W2s. 

Before we begin, which payroll service are you currently using? Depending on which payroll service you use, will depend on the steps to print the W2s. However, I've included the steps for QuickBooks Online Payroll Enhanced below. I've also included a link that contains the steps for all payroll services below in case you don't use QuickBooks Online Payroll Enhanced. 

Let's get started.

1. Hit the Taxes menu, then Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section, select the Annual Forms link.
3. From here you can select to print both employer and employee copies of your W-2s and W-3.  Employer Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies A & D), Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements (W-3), Employee Copies: Form W-2 (W-2, Copies B, C & 2).
4. Choose the appropriate filing period from the dropdown.
5. Tap View to open Adobe Reader in a new window.
6. Click the print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then hit Print again.
