Please note that our dedicated Support team will ask the following information, which the IRS requires for reporting purposes, when processing third-party sick pay:
- Employee's name
- Employee's Social Security Number
- Sick pay is paid to the employee
- Federal income tax withheld
- Employee Social Security tax withheld
- Employee Medicare tax withheld
- State tax withheld
- Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) number

- Inside QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Help menu.
- Select the Search option and type "contact support".
