TSheets does not contain payroll data, only data on hours worked.  You submit the actual payroll data to the Intuit cloud and then access it from workforce.intuit.com

It says it doesn't recognize the company in the system? How can that be? If everything in quick books is supposed to be synced shouldn't it not have a problem finding it?

Hi @_Tessa_! Sounds like you're on the right track with @john-pero's suggestion. A couple things so that I am on the same page as you. Are you an admin or an employee? If you are an admin, your TSheets account would need to be connected to Quickbooks Online in order for those hours to export to your Quickbooks account and finally get into Workforce. Integrating TSheets and Quickbooks Online will be the first step to accomplish this.

If you are an employee, your admin/manager would need to send you an invite in order to access those paystubs.  This article explains getting into Workforce more in depth and what to do once you get in there. Let me know either way and we can keep working through it if you run into any trouble. Talk to you soon, @_Tessa_!

If the date on your comment is accurate, why would they divide to move all of this away from where you enter your work time, in 2020?? Its about as stupid as I've seen for a software that keeps time for payroll!! If I enter my time on https://tsheets.intuit.com, just look at ALL THE EMPTY SPACE TO THE LEFT!!!!

Did they think,  ONE MENU LINK, that says - PAYROLL AND W2 would be too much of maybe too hard???

OH, no that would make way too much sense, let's move it to some other site an employee doesn't actually need to use. Then.... You can lock them out of that site with different permissions than when you entered the time originally.... BRILLIANT, BLOODY BRILLIANT!!! No one entering time on https://tsheets.intuit.com/ would ever want to get the documents for it, right?? A strike of genius really
