How do I submit payroll corrections?

Thanks for sharing your concerns today. I'm happy to share some steps in correcting your payroll. 

In QuickBooks, you have the option to delete and recreate the paycheck if you've created it manually. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Workers menu, then choose Employees.
2. Select Paycheck List below Run Payroll.
3. Change the date range then select the paychecks you want to delete.
4. Select Delete, then mark the checkbox to confirm the deletion.
5. Select Delete Paycheck. 

On the other hand, deleting payroll made through direct deposit checks isn't an option. In this care, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care team for further payroll correction assistance. 

After that, you may now recreate the paycheck and enter all the information correctly.

When I contacted by phone, all they could do is send request to payroll correction team to contact me. The rep didn't even know how they will contact me or what would be the ETA.

Lot of time wasted for such a small and straight forward thing.

This doesn't help. I already contacted customer service. All the rep could do was send message to the payroll correction team to contact me. She didn't even know how they will contact me or by when.

Sheer waste of time for a simple thing like moving hours from one paytype to another.
