I understand the importance of reactivating the workforce for an employee in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To enable the workforce for employees, turn on the workforce feature, update the employee's email to a new one, and send a new invitation.
Here's how:
- Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
- Select Invite to Workforce.
- Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
- When finished, select Send invitations.
