How do you change the persistent mileage purpose labels

You can manually enter your own company purpose into the Business purpose field.
 

Here's how:

1. Select Mileage on the Left navigation bar.
2. Click on Add trip.
3. Enter trip details
4. On the Business purpose field manually type the your purpose.
5. Then select Save.

The question was how to change the drop down menu items for mileage purpose. I understand I can add my own purpose everytime. But that is not what the question is. I want to replace the canned or persistent drop down menu items to ones I can actually use. So I just click on it instead of entering it manually everytime.

I have some information about adding a menu item from the drop-down. Currently, we're unable to add a menu item from the Add trip drop-down.

For now, you'll have to enter the time purpose manually.
