How do you input w-4 info into QBO Payroll and where do you go to view W-2 Info?

You can manually enter your employee's W-4 information and also manually print a W-2 copy for your employee.

1. Go to Workers.
2. Select Employees.
3. Find and open your employee's profile.
4. Click Edit ✎ beside Pay.
5. Select the 2020 W-4 or later radio button.
6. Choose Update
7. Enter the employee's W-4 information into the form.
8. Click Done.

1. Go to Taxes.
2. Select Payroll Tax.
3. Under Forms, select Annual Forms.
4. On the Printable Employee Copies: Form W-2 section, click W-2, Copies B, C & 2.
