How does employee who works for multiple companies access both of their accounts separately?

We have opened a new company.  Our employee in the original company is being transferred to the new company.  We have been unsuccessful in getting her access to her new Workforce account.

How does employee who works for multiple companies access both of their accounts separately?

I can provide insights on how an employee who works for multiple companies can access their accounts separately.

 

To start with, if the employee is using the same email or account credentials, they have the option to switch between accounts. Please note that it's for one login account credentials for multiple companies.

 

To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Let your employee log in to their workforce account.
  2. Then, in the upper right corner select the drop-down to switch between accounts.
