We can update the email address by setting up the email payment notification directly on your Merchant Service account. Just check your payment settings and update the email address by following these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
- Select Account, then Account Profile.
- Choose Contact Information, then Edit.
- Change your contact info, then select Submit or Save.
