How to make check stub

You can use other QuickBooks products that you can turn on a payroll service, @oldmanbk1-gmail-. Let me share further details about this.

 

You're unable to set up and use payroll service using your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription. You may opt to choose the QuickBooks Online (QBO) plan if you wish to convert your QBSE account to utilize a payroll service and make check stubs. Please know that you can't switch back to QBSE once you successfully perform the process.

 

Once converted, you can activate your payroll service by checking out this article: Get started with Payroll. Then, make your check stubs by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click Run Payroll.
  4. Choose the employees you'd like to pay and enter hours and memos.
  5. Select Preview payroll.
  6. Click Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.
  7. Select Finish Payroll.
