If QBO submits the forms on your behalf, you can view or print them 35 days after the end of the quarter. Printing your 941 forms depends on if you choose to e-file the form or print and file manually. Please see these steps:
If you will or have e-filed your tax form, or we filed for you:
- Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
- Select the Filings tab.
- View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section. To view past forms, select Resources and click Archived forms and filings. Select Preview.
If you manually filed your tax form:
- Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
- Select the Filings tab.
- Select Resources and click Archived forms and filings.
- Select the dropdown menu to click 941, then click View.
Once you have viewed the form, you can select the printer icon to print it.
Additionally, you can get detailed information about the taxes withheld from your employees' paychecks by running payroll reports in QBO. This way, it will be easier for you to file and pay taxes.
