Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! Before we get into this, could you let me know if you have reset hours for each new year selected in the employee profile? To verify this, follow the steps below!
- Click the Employees menu, then go to the Employee Center.
- Select the employee name and click Edit.
- Pay heed to Payroll Info, then tap Sick/Vacation.
- In the Vacation section, select Reset hours each new year.
- Enter the hours on the field.
- Hit OK after.
