Helping you set up your payroll is my priority. Let's get started. Setting up payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO) requires bank account information. Also,  the year-to-date (YTD) information must be entered before running your first payroll. This will ensure accurate YTD totals on pay stubs and accurate W-2s.
