If you're subscribe with QuickBooks Online Full Service Payroll, you'll need to complete the payroll set up before you can print checks. In order for us to check your account, here's how you can reach our payroll team.
Otherwise, you can't print check if you're payroll taxes aren't set up yet. For example, you need to complete the state tax set up in the Payroll Settings. Then, fill up the missing tax information. Then, try to print the paycheck again.
You also need to check if there are missing employee information such us the W-4, pay information, etc.
