I'll help check why your direct deposit is not posting on your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Some may take a little longer. In your case, downloads may seem stuck. I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection. To do that:
- Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Click on the bank account that you're working with.
- Select Update.
This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
Once you're able to download those transactions, you can start to categorize and match bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online account.
