If you are managing manual statement upload, you need to delete the statement and reupload the CSV file. pls ensure you are not started the bank reconciliation before deleting the statement.

I'll help check why your direct deposit is not posting on your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Some may take a little longer. In your case, downloads may seem stuck. I recommend updating your bank manually in the system to refresh its connection. To do that:
This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
Once you're able to download those transactions, you can start to categorize and match bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online account.
