I am new to the feature but I can't get backups to work properly any one else with this problem?

Was able to add my company and start backiup but it shows a start time but no end time?

Hi there, plhprod.

 

Are you using QuickBooks Online Advanced? The Finished At time will only have a data once the backup process is complete. If you don't see anything yet in that section, it means that QBO is still creating a backup copy of your account.
