I am not able to view the W-3 form. The "View" button is there, but nothing happens when I click on it. Any idea what is going on?

There is an open investigation about viewing the W-3 in QuickBooks Online. It's reported that the View button is unresponsive on the archived (TFS/Auto Pay & File) copy. They're working on this to find the cause of this issue. 

Let's add your company details to one of the affected users by reaching out to our support team. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account and click Help at the upper-right corner.
2. Enter a short description of your concern. (Unable to view  W-3 form)
3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
