I can't find 1st qtr and 2nd qtr 941 for 2023. Not in archive. Not in action needed. Can't find them anywhere. I see 3rd qtr and 4th qtr.

No to both, we filed them through QuickBooks for the 1st and 2nd quarter in 2023. Submitted them with e-file.  the e-file verification shows up but not the form.
