Thanks for reaching out to Community. I'm happy to assist you in connecting your bank account.

 

To best assist you, may I know the exact error you're getting when trying to connect the account? We currently have an open investigation (INV-39918) for Bank of America not connecting. Our product engineers have released a workaround for the time being. This would be to connect the bank account through the chart of accounts instead of connecting through the banking tab.

 

To do this:

  1. Go to Accounting and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account you want to connect.
  3. Select the small arrow icon next to View register from the Action column.
  4. Click Connect bank.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

If the above steps aren't working for you, I recommend to contact support to be added to list of affected users. This way you'll receive email updates for a fix and when the issue is resolved.
