I CANT RUN MY PAYROLL

I want you to have a seamless process when running payroll in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, eaglesolutions.

To start with, let's check your billing and subscription to know the status of your payroll. I'd be glad to show you how:

  1. Sign in to QBO as a primary admin.
  2. On the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
  3. Then, select Subscriptions and billing.
  4. Please review the information in each of its sections.

Moreover, to review the payment history of your payroll. Here's how:

  1. In the QuickBooks Online tile, choose View payment history.
  2. From there, your billing history shows the last six months' bills.

If your payroll is active, you can call our payroll experts. This way, they can arrange a screen-sharing session to review your payroll and investigate further your concerns.

Additionally, here's a resource you can browse through just in case you need assistance adding deductions your employee needs to pay each payday in QuickBooks Online Payroll: Set up, change, or delete employee-paid payroll deductions

I'll be here willing to provide further assistance for any additional queries you may have when managing your payroll subscription. Feel free to let me know in the comments below. Keep safe.

I CANT RUN MY PAYROLL

I'm here with details on how the PIN is used for direct deposit in QuickBooks Payroll to assist you in paying your employees, Brennan11.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), you don't need a PIN to process direct deposit payroll. Once you've successfully connected and verified your bank account, as well as set up direct deposit for employees, you're ready to proceed.

If you use QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, a PIN serves as your company's password for the payroll service. It's created during the setup process of your account for direct deposit. Should you happen to misremember it, you have the option to update it whenever necessary.

Once everything is all set, go ahead and run your payroll.

Additionally, QuickBooks provides various payroll and employee reports to assist you in monitoring direct deposit transactions and taxes. If you wish to do so, please see this article: Run payroll reports.

Please keep in touch if you have other direct deposit concerns or issues managing employee transactions in QuickBooks. I'll be here ready to assist you further.
