I've come to guide you on the actions you need to take in changing the payroll tax payment date in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @usermystibaca.
When you pay your taxes electronically, the agency directly withdraws the funds from your bank account on the indicated payment date. Once the payment info is sent, you're unable to update the date in QBO. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care team. They can securely pull up your account and has the necessary tools to check and update your tax payment's accordingly.
We've updated our support options in QBO. In case you want to talk to one of our representatives to relay this matter, you'll have to request a callback. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback.
- Enter your contact details.
- Click Confirm my call.
I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.
