I have a case number that is not resolved. I was told programer were working on it and I would get called back. How do get the follow up needed?`

Specific problem is my log in to cloud services isn't working.

I was guided there to turn on the feature for employees to pull up their check stubs.

Case # is unresolved.

Currently, we have an on-going issue where users, like you, are unable to access the Workforce. Rest assured that we've already informed our engineering team and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you can be updated with the resolution needed to resolve this issue. In addition, you'll receive all available updates about this investigation through your email. To do so:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
