I have been entering my miles for 1/1/2020, 1/05/2020 and 01/12/2020. So far my miles for 1/1 and 1/5 show up in the December piechart.1/12 is showing for January. Why?

Hi there, @delpage

Thank you for posting to the Community.

I replicated it in my end, it shows that it applied in the month of January. I suggest deleting the mileage from 1/1 and 1/5, then record them manually and make sure it specifies for the month of January. However, if the issue persists, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to check if this is a web-related issue. Let's start by accessing your account in a private window, to determine if this is the case. This mode prevents browsing history from being stored.

Here's are the shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer or Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)

If it works, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Alternatively, if you continue to get the same result, I suggest using a supported browsers

Just in case, I'll add these articles for future reference:
