I have entered prior payrolls and saved the information. The payroll totals are correct but not information as entered. How can I go back and correct?

How can I go back and change information in a prior payroll once it has been saved?

To verify my understanding, what information are you looking to edit from prior payrolls?

 

If you're referring to your settings, they can be accessed and changed anytime.

 

Here's how:

  1. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon.
  2. Go to Payroll settings.
  3. Make any necessary changes.

Hi Zack, I am needing to change prior payroll information for this year. We are location in SC but have 2 sales reps that are in NC. These 2 reps are suppose to have Withholdings taken out of NC not SC. I am new to Quick book so when I entered the information in for State Withholding for Prior Payrolls,  I entered it incorrectly for them for SC instead of NC and at the time I saved all of the prior information so now I can not seem to change them from SC to NC. Just FYI Quickbooks has not processed (Direct Deposit) any payroll amount for us yet. The first payroll I am suppose to send is Mon, April 4th. Can you help me get the prior payroll  information fixed?
