I have just reorganized as an S Corp from a single owner LLC. I have one employee, me. Do I need to have someone do payroll for me? Can I do it myself?

Since your business got reorganized as an S Corp company, you can consider subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO). It's a QuickBooks version that will help you streamline your business transactions and operations.
