I have QB Online and want to track mileage. I see that if you go to Menu and Shortcuts, I see Transactions, Receipt Snap etc but no Mileage. How do I access it?

I can help you clarify the details about who can track mileage in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As of now, only admin users have access to the mileage tracking feature in QBO. However, if you want other users to be able to track mileage, you can adjust their permissions. To do this, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Choose Edit in the Action column.
  4. From the User type dropdown, select Admin.
  5. Click Save.

Is this solved? Are standard users able to talk mileage. I don't want to give the drivers admin permission. I would like the to be able to track mileage on their phones and upload receipts and they can't do it if they are not admin users. Did you fix these two things? I am seeing posts since 4 years ago asking for this. Thank you
