I have sent a new employee an invite to complete onboarding but the email keeps not getting access to complete

Users or employees experiencing access issues are due to a few common reasons, korkykaybites.

 

Here are some of the most likely explanations that may be causing this:

 

  • The email may have been filtered into their spam or junk folder. Let the employee double-check these folders and look for the invitation.
  • The company's email address may be formatted incorrectly in your account. Go to the Gear icon in QBO, choose Account and settings under the Company tab, and then double-check for typos or extra spaces.
  • The recipient's email servers might be blocking emails from Intuit.
  • The email invitation has a 30-day expiration date. Invitations sent more than 30 days ago will no longer work.
