I haven't been able to run payroll in 3 weeks due to an error that says can not deserialize wddx.....anybody with a solution?

After checking my resources, I found out that we have an ongoing investigation regarding being unable to run payroll due to the error "Unable to deserialize wddx." For now, I suggest that you contact our Customer Support Team to ensure that you're added to the list of affected users and provide you with updates once the issue is resolved. Here's how:
