I keep getting customers sayings are getting a reminder email after they paid me but I haven't had time to put it in the computer. How do I turn the reminder off?

You can turn off the automatic invoice reminders using the web browser, toddvu35. I'm here to walk you through the detailed process.

 

The option to turn off automatic invoice reminders using the mobile application is currently unavailable. In the meantime, you can do it using the web or your device browser. Here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company from your device browser.
  2. Select the Gear icon, then  Account and settings.
  3. Proceed to the Sales tab and click the pencil icon in the Reminders section.
  4. Toggle off Automatic invoice reminders.
  5. Hit Save, then Done.
