The Mileage Log is located in the Reports menu of your QuickBooks Self-Employed. If the option is missing on your end, I recommend resetting the app’s data to fix the issue.
Sometimes cache files stored up in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the program. Here’s how:
- Go to your phone Settings.
- Tap Apps and Notifications.
- Look for the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Select Reset App Data.
Once done, go back in and check if the Mileage Log is now showing on your end. If you continue to get the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Follow these steps:
- Select the Settings app from your app drawer or home screen.
- Tap Apps & Notifications, then hit See all apps.
- Scroll down the list until you find the app you want to remove and tap it.
- Click Uninstall.
