I need help to set up full service pay roll

Yes, I'm here to help you set up Full Service Payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @buildingindepend. Let's go to the Workers or Payroll menu to achieve your goal.

 

I'd first recommend having your essential payroll and tax details handy. You can get them from your previous payroll provider, own records, accountant, or federal and state agencies. 

 

Once prepared, proceed with the steps below. 

  1. Go to Workers or Payroll from the left menu.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click Get Started with Payroll.
  4. Choose your payroll plan
  5. Enter your company, employee, and tax information.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.

 

After that, you'll be able to see the Run payroll button on the Employees page. View the screenshot below for your visual reference. If you don't see this option, you'll need assistance from our Onboarding Team. They have the tools to review your payroll setup, so you'll know everything is correct. That way, this button will show up. Just go to this article's Set up Payroll section: Get Started With Payroll. Then, click Set up QuickBooks Online Payroll (all other versions). Get the appropriate phone number in the fourth step.
