I need official 941 forms I filed?

They should be available from within the payroll application. I think it keeps a history of your filings - just like Desktop does.

Hello there, riningertroy.

Let's ensure you'll get the official 941 forms you've filed.

BigRedConsulting is correct. As advised, we can view the 941 forms from the Payroll Tax Center. The steps below will walk you through how we can do it.

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Within the Payroll Tax tab, click Filings.
  3. Select Go to archived forms or Archive.
  4. Press the941 links to open to view more information.
  5. Hit the View menu to open the PDF file.
  6. From there, click the printer icon to print it.

If you manually file the 941 forms, we can first select the Quarterly Forms from the Payroll Tax Center. Then, choose the desired form and hit Archive. Once done, follow the same steps above to view and get them.

That's it. We can also visit this article to gather additional information about accessing payroll forms and tax payments within your book: Learn how to view payroll tax payments and forms in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Let's also utilize these resources to learn about generating payroll reports according to the details we need and how we can check the e-filed status.
