I have tried for 2 months to get a supervisor. . . . I am again on the phone with another issue. They no longer transfer calls to a supervisor. . . . Intuit clearly has stopped caring about it's customers. . . She's telling me to wait while she fills out a form to have one call me back. . . .
I was told by at least 5 different people someone would call me back within anywhere from 2 - 72 hours. . . This had to do with the 1099 wizard that is still broken. . . Pretty sad.
