With this, I highly suggest contacting our Customer Care Team again using our Callback feature. We are open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback
  4. Complete the needed information.
