I only have payroll online but cannot transfer payroll into Quickbooks Mac Desktop

I can walk you through exporting your payroll transactions into QuickBooks Desktop Payroll for Mac. 

We can try exporting your payroll transactions from your online payroll. Here's how: 

1. Log in to your Intuit Online Payroll account. 
2. Go to the Payday tab and select Export.
3. Click Show checks & payments already exported to show both exported and not exported transactions.
4. Select the paychecks or tax payments you want to export.
5. Click Export.

If the same thing happens, you can check for new accounts created and open the IIF file export file in Excel.
